In this first stage, we listen carefully to our client to know their needs, objectives and conceptual concerns. We carefully analyze their products, competitors and market trends. We study and discuss with him the outstanding points of available research about the consumer, and we get in touch with the consumer itself.

Based on our findings and after discussing the briefing with the client, we explore different thematic paths and visualize ideas, concepts that meet the objectives, and share them with him.

We develop creative solutions that communicate our message to the consumer in a simple, direct and original way; continuously assessing and discussing them with the client. Finally, we fine-tune and optimize the selected paths, - if possible, testing them with the consumer - until delivering the best possible product to the customer.
